		<description>It&#039;s amazing how much foot dragging a politician can do when he or she isn&#039;t really committed to an idea or principle. Look at the President&#039;s performance with health care reform. He was for it, but he wasn&#039;t really for it enough to work for it. I guess it wasn&#039;t all that important to him except as a campaign point.</description>
